Very interesting novel. Moreover the story about each case is quite interesting. The only drawback for me is the there's few concept about magic. There's more about solving case than involving magic, although the case related to mystic concept.

Good idea but the execution is quite awkward and stiff. It's still good tho, just not for me Wizards wasn't really hunted by church because herasy but for domination and wizards are unstable elemental nuclear, so there's still space for them to exist in society. Not completely hunted down by the world

There's always some stupid enemies come knocking , wanting to conquer the world. Then mc appears when enemy line up so that he slay them. It's quite bland

Very good novel. The explanation is very reasonable and each characters have their own personality. Power system was explained reasonably . Each faction has reasonable points on their political stand, not some nazis or Zionist Leader. Even mc act like normal human, not some adolf or Zeus incarnation
