Not like that Valkyrie Domination novel I read yesterday. What kind of revenge was that?! He should’ve killed Shangguan Xi’er’s daughter right in front of her eyes! That’s what real revenge looks like. But nope — her daughter actually survived. Lol. --- Ch 557 So far, everything I’ve read feels like "pure meat". Even the cultivation concept is incredibly complex. The way the author gradually unveils the mysteries makes the story truly engaging. This novel is incredibly well-written—I’m thoroughly enjoying it. Knowing it spans over 9,000 chapters makes me even more excited to keep reading. I just hope the quality holds up all the way through.

Funniest novel I’ve ever read. At the start, the MC dies because he was betrayed by his LOVER and BEST FRIEND! After being reincarnated, he sets off on the path of revenge! Because both of them are still alive even after his death 300 years ago. What an epic beginning! I was so curious to see how the MC would take his revenge. And the funny parts: 1. Their relationship is kept a secret. Even their daughter doesn’t know Shangguan Xi’er is her mother. LOL. 2. How does the MC get revenge on Feng Shouyu? Right when they’re discussing forming an alliance between the top forces, Feng Shouyu shows up, gets defeated, and his body—already taken over by someone else—gets turned into a slave. His subordinates get spared. No foreshadowing, no buildup—revenge just done like that. LOL. 3. How does the MC get revenge on Shangguan Xi’er? After rescuing Chen Sisi, the soul of the Abyssal Demon Lord escapes toward Shangguan Xi’er, trying to possess her body. Qin Chen kills Shangguan Xi’er out of fear she’d get possessed. LOL. Yet again, an incredible act of revenge. Xuanyuan Empire and Misty Palace remain totally safe. LOL. 4. And the funniest of all: the author comes up with a brilliant twist! Shangguan Wan’er, a woman who suddenly disguises herself as Shangguan Xi’er in the past. Because they’re twins. Shangguan Wan’er had pretended to be Qin Chen’s lover back then—and ended up falling for him for real. In the end, she sacrifices herself to save Qin Chen from the soul of the Abyssal Demon Lord, out of guilt for deceiving him. I thought she’d die and bring the revenge arc and past drama to a close. BUT NOPE—the author insists on keeping her alive by throwing her into a spatial crack leading to the upper realm. Mind you, Qin Chen, who got reincarnated, is still young. His three girls—Chen Sisi, Ji Ruyue, and Yu Qianxue—are also still young. So what’s the point of keeping Shangguan Wan’er? Qin Chen was reincarnated to take revenge on his traitorous lover! SCREW THE IMPOSTER! Revenge? What a phenomenal joke!! LOL

I expected too much, it turned out to be boring as hell. I know it's still early in the story, but the way the author writes just doesn't make me curious at all. I once read a novel packed with bullshit and recycled dialogue—a conversation that dragged on for chapters. But at least that author knew how to keep me curious. I made it to chapter 700 before finally dropping it, even though there were only 300 chapters left. I dont care. This is my review after reading 100 chapters. I’m still going to keep reading—not because I’m curious about the story, but because I’m curious about the people who actually made it through all 8,000 chapters and called it 'the best story of all time.' Heh! Are you kidding me? Don’t tell me you’ve never read Against the Gods or Nine Star Hegemon Body Art? Ok im done, 200+. This novel isnt for me. Boring, i cant enjoy the story.
