Well this is clearly copy from other novel who transfer side effect to other, but full of face slaping. It quite entertain but like all faceslaping novel, theres too many trash words who can define in 1-2 sentence. Also did mc accept liu ruyan into his harem? I thought he smart but just dumb

I will say not bad, but for me its more like or feel like martial arts, i don't feel cultivator or taois/daoist atmospher, cultivator basically eastern magician but mc and basically almost every cultivator in this world seems prefer use martial arts technique or close combat method, not some spell or range combat method like a cultivator or wizard as in most novels, those martial arts technique literally same like in some high martial world technique. I guess the world in this novel have martial arts and cultivator colaboration so their technique inclined martial arts atmospher, there is body refining method so maybe in the past theres is martial artist but they exticnt or lost? But they method and technique inherited by the cultivators and developed by them to create the conditions as they are today. I hope the author explains it in the future. As cultivator who always go outside i will learn some basic spell like to make water, fire, dust cleaning etc but mc like not learn it?. Also in some chapter author write that inner disciple only got 1 mission per-1 year but later in some chapter mc got 2-3 mandatory mission under 1 year, this contradiction with story setting. This is only problem what makes me iritate, while the rest is fine.

What make me iritate is too much explanation for something who can define in 2-3 sentence
