Super good, the plots and counterplots are great, the romance is sweet, lots of fun drama moments(there is a big difference between fun and not fun drama and this is mostly all fun). When she hits her stride, she really gets to show off and it’s spectacular.
Fine until he runs into Anya, the ‘class beauty’ he knew, and loses all his decisiveness. Complete 180 in attitude but only for her, even when she’s clearly a problem.
Investigation ability of the protagonist is equal to that of canon Harry- unable to tell that a suspicious person close to the problem is probably the culprit.
First overall arc is great, but once he leaves Lingnan it’s ‘jumped by higher-level enemies o’clock’ for 150+ chapters. Initiative? What’s that? The plot only knows about Lin Chen getting sent into a coma for years and then waking up in a disadvantageous situation.
Besides that, it’s very good. Reminds me a bit of Reverend Insanity. The problem is, the pacing is that of the zombie arc. Yeah, that one.
