The Story was already annoying as sin, constant repetition of the same info, short chapters that basically existed for one scene, misleading titles, and etc... But it was a fine brainless read with an op protagonist until the author decided to 1. Have the MC fuck off to a higher realm for no reason during a war 2. Have the MC stop advancing in cultivation but just keep getting stronger, then 3. Nerf him by deactivating the system with the reason being that the MC fucked off to this higher realm early, only to have him start all over again with a new cultivation system that's even more boring than the original one. Just an incomprehensible mess that could have been simple slop, but decided instead to be rancid slop made of dog water and brimming with flies. This story is just an all around waste of time, not to mention the fact that he only takes young women as disciples which is weird as fuck, doesn't try to get more disciples for some reason, and none of them rise in strength very much despite him throwing treasures at them and literally giving them cultivation. Literally destroying the premise of the entire story while wasting endless words with everyone commenting on how perfect, smart, and interesting the MC is when he's a bland boring fuck with no actual strategic thoughts in his brain. The Sect he's from also disappears from the story quickly, and the MC doesn't do something like take a bunch of randoms from it as disciples to increase his power. Once again, it's just an incomprehensible story with no direction, chaotic plotting, and while lacking all of these things it commits the cardinal sin of forgetting it's supposed to be bland power fantasy slop and abandons the main premise because the author wasn't brave enough to write a new story.

Almost good, but too messy and unfocused to be worth anything more than a casual read.

Could have been good, but the author was more interested in having the MC waste his time playing puppets with his clones or set up an entertainment industry rather than do anything interesting. The MC having Orochimaru's master of jutsu thing would have been fine if he wasn't forced to cut up all his abilities and never use them to their full capacity, not to mention that some of the "paths to power", are just boring.
