I liked the novel, but it's for an amateur. There are many drawbacks to it, for example, in the DC Multiverse, the mc is constantly running and putting out fires whenever he returns, the end of the world is bound to happen and everything has to be dealt with by the mc. And the original characters without the leadership of MC or Batman turn into idiots. There are also problems with the time flow, especially in the Marvel world, where time is a ring, a tree, a line, and in some cases a dot. Which makes you feel stupid about the time travel events, but no, it's just that the MC has deceived everyone again, both enemies and allies, the reader and himself. Comical abilities such as Deadpool's Hideousness, squirrel girl, intermittent dance scenes, etc. are also a bit annoying. But the plot itself, the various scenario moves, the complex intrigues, the cast of characters, and the interaction between them are excellent. In my humble opinion, this fanfiction is better than many original works.
It's a very good novel. I read about 1/5 and realized that it doesn't suit me. This is not about the growth of power and not about full-fledged horror. Rather, it's about an ordinary person trying to survive in a crumbling world, while trying to preserve his humanity.
The idea is interesting, but the implementation is so-so, the novel resembles the Lord of mystery in that with the power comes the curse, it resembles the Game of God by the interaction of MC and players. what could have been interesting, but the author destroyed it with a complete lack of balance and atmosphere. The power system is a vertical bronze -silver-gold -false god -true god, and literally at the beginning, even before 1/4 of the novel, the MC fights the false god on equal terms, losing at the end, at the time of the battle, the MC has a double bronze rank and a one-time artifact created by the same bronze rank, literally jumping 3 large levels out of 5 existing ones and the only consequences for him are a day of coma and minor injuries. In addition, he can literally summon players to help him, to whom he can directly give lvl and skills along with endless respawn. Because of this, the balance of power is completely destroyed. A novel can only be read if it treats it as a comedy like the invincible MC.
It's fine, but there are a lot of problems... 1. an extremely strange attitude towards time at the beginning, the plot develops quickly, but after getting to Houston, and later Los Angeles, as if time stops, events develop extremely slowly, 15-25 chapters can be spent on a simple investigation in which combat scenes occupy 5-10% of something important for further 10-15% of the plot development and 10-15% of the character relationships are developed, the remaining 60-75% is empty graphomania and everyday life. Because of this, the pace of narration is completely lost from about 200 to 1600 chapters is a period of 1-2 years, and after 1600 chapters, a strong acceleration begins. Timescales from six months to several years occur between events. 2. The author constantly throws storylines without a clear end, for example, the storyline of King Pin, the Hand, the Continental Hotel, the vampire plot and a few more minor ones. 3. gg does not have a goal or completion of the story as such, because in the end the whole plot eventually boils down to the infinity war, which gg perceives as another bank of experience points. As a result, the book leaves a feeling of incompleteness, when I started reading and saw the volume of 2300 chapters and the completed status, I was hoping for a full-fledged story, and this can only be considered 2/3 of the entire story. Like a time killer, but no more...
