[No Female Lead] [Cthulhu] [Infinite Flow] [Sci-Fi Apocalypse] [Villain] [All Heavens and Worlds]

“Li Yuan, you lunatic! I cannot comprehend your malice toward life, nor dare I imagine how cold and indifferent the depths of your dark heart must be. Your actions revolt me. I just think… killing you is more urgent than killing any enemy.”

“Li Yuan, do you wish to play God? Do you want to turn the world into hell, engraving your crimes into every corner? You want to turn life into a toy, with all survival and death hinging on your whim. Even if all the evil of every demon were combined, it would not match the darkness buried deep in your soul. The crimes you’ve committed surpass the imagination of any legal code—so I shall call upon the gods to punish your sins!”

When a soul is bound to a higher-dimensional artifact of plunder, each time he dies, he crosses into the next world with his memories intact. From a demon who steals origin itself, to an eternal one who destroys worlds—this is the story of a madman.

Luis Aragonés: I really wanted A-Ming to play for the Spanish national team, but he had already acquired Dutch citizenship. It’s a real pity we couldn’t get him; even if he weren’t a goalkeeper, he’d still be qualified to be my assistant coach!

Marco van Basten: What? Spain wants to poach A-Ming? No way! I’ll even bring out my mentor to help convince him to play for the Netherlands!

Carlos Bianchi: That’s right, I’m A-Ming’s head coach at Atlético. I was the one who started calling him “A-Ming”! I’m just that good at spotting new stars—go ahead and ask those reporters if they dare disagree!

The best novel ever. This is a masterpiece that can never be reproduced. A one in a millennium novel. The main character is as rational and profit driven as they come. The world building is top notch. Unlike other rubbish Chinese novels, the supporting characters here actually feel alive. They aren’t stupid and are actually extremely smart. This novel also displays a realistic view on power dynamics especially in a cultivation world. Mortals are nothing more than grass. Most cultivators do not have the silly and naive hero complex. The novel itself is highly philosophical. It’s no surprise that it’s somewhat of the Bible of evil novels. Gu Zhen Ren outdid himself with this novel. It’s a shame that this masterpiece was ultimately banned and the author himself was questioned. Such a pity.

Very nice read. The character of the protagonist is top notch. Love how he completely looks down on Kuroko’s idealistic “friendship basketball can win” nonsense. Unlike other fanfics, he isn’t a licking dog for Seirin. Also, the author is quite realistic. At least he points how Seirin is actually a really strong team, unlike how the original tried to portray them as this weak underdog team. The only downside is Satsuki sticking to the protagonist like dog skin plaster. Like, relax. Also, like all Chinese fics, the author can’t stop telling us how handsome the protagonist is—we get it, we really do. Anyways, a solid read so far.

Evil protagonist my foot. He’s a ruthless anti-hero at best. A stupid hypocrite at worst. He has such a heaven-defying cultivation method and he’s not making the most of it. This dude is actually concerned about innocent civilians and doesn’t even harm the innocent. Nonsense. Not even remotely close to a villain.

So far, a very beautiful novel. Honestly, the depiction of the cultivation word in this novel is what I would actually expect from a cultivation world—cruelty, indifference and slavery. Not the happy-go-lucky cultivation novels where the protagonist plucks women like leaves on a tree. Honestly, this world is just as hopeless as Reverend Insanity—in fact, it is more hopeless than RI in some ways. Lovely novel. That @PeerlessSystemUser is so hung up on romance and companionship for a dark novel. Implying that the author has no relation to women because of it is just plain dumb. Why must there be companionship? If you want romance, then focus on the real word and get yourself a woman instead of whining about a fictional scenario. Or you can also read the countless harem chasing and women simping novels on here and all over several novel platforms. Edit: Yeah this novel has a sharp decline in quality. The moment that Yang Network—basically internet in a cultivation word—was introduced, it turned into a messy chat-group stuff. Stupid dialogues from inconsequential characters as if they’re ten year old kids arguing on social media taking almost a whole chapter. It’s so draining

Too many chapters with face-slapping scenes and street tennis. Also, the end is somewhat average. The system basically becomes non-existent. Honestly this novel is quite underwhelming. Only decent for time pass.

Interesting novel. Only regret is the book seems to be in a hiatus of some sort.
