Really not a good novel. Not many good things to say about this tbh. It lacks basic logic. For instance, there is a rule in sect where if you cultivate this technique to some extent under 10 years then sect master will take you as his disciple. He does do that and entire sect knows about it cause of his vast sword intent but no one was able to pin point him exactly. He himself didn't said he did that for literally zero reason. He could have become a personal disciple of sect master right there but nope, he will rather have a slave status. In the end they determined it was some expert who came randomly. What tf is his nonsense. They keep doubling down on that shit too by creating this random identity Also how is that a righteous sect when one of her core disciples has a fucking slave she kidnapped from a small family and it's not hidden either, everyone knows it. Like how is this not a Demonic sect. Yeah this is dog shit. Zero if it was possible

Its a fan fiction first off all which for some reason isn't told. And the translation is kind of weird and the story is of more historical setting. It's a fan fiction of Sword Stained with Royal Blood as far as I understand. If someone can edit this then add fan fiction to it's tags

Eh basic novel. It's surprisingly confusing too. It's hard to tell who is what level cause of writing. I think 3 is an accurate rating for this novel. The novel just lacks something to draw you in.

The novel tries in every direction but not the one which should be the actual focus of novel atleast in beginning. There are some good aspects and I hope this whole nonsense of everyone sneering at him gets over quickly cause it's getting annoying af. Also everything else is logical but for some reason there is a rage system in this novel which doesn't make sense. I guess author wants our main character to do weird ass nonsense so that he can anger people which will help author justify the insane number of conflicts he will get into. Like you can imagine if this guy is going somewhere then 90% of time, there will be conflict

It's hard to describe this novel but it doesn't seem that cohesive but it's not boring either. There is a weird flirting with her God mother which is really weird but otherwise it's fine. Okay so there isn't much in name of story. But it's just constant fighting which i guess some people can like. It's dumb af btw so so don't expect something serious. Half of his actions are of complete brute without any sort of trickery. I honestly just got bored but maybe you can like it. His cheat is to make every martial arts he learns simple by doing some weird tasks which are usually somewhat related to that martial arts

Good so far. God, this guy really got born into hell difficulty. 100% would suggest this and mc isn't the villain in this but the most people around him are so it's not exactly an evil mc It's fun and there are some interesting plot twist. a good simulation novel. Don't know why ye chen became women in middle of novel. There is no explanation currently and most importantly, he is insane. Its a 4 for me. Main character isn't stupid or something. He is fairly smart in some segments and downright insane in others. He uses his cheat which surprised me sometimes but other times he doesn't use a obvious method. I think the women in this novel are the worst part of this. Ye chen was a dude who tried to kill main character cause of another main girl. That girl was also acting to get his kid since he has too high of a talent. Now later on, for some reason Ye chen became a woman obsessed with killing main character despite knowing that girl wasn't who he thought she was. First of all, what is weird ass fetish of changing his gender and 2nd we don't get a single reason as to " why " is he even trying to kill main character. He literally tries to kill for hundreds of years for zero reason. Like i said unnecessary and forcefully adding girls in plot. His uncle was never used but lui character was used repeatedly. I don't know what the hell author is snorting making a fairly good story a weird one.

Over and over and over the same shit. The author made the characters a tape recorder. They just repeat like 2,3 sentences at most. Also he keeps saying he doesn't care about his family and his sect but also come to save them for some reason. It has happened repeatedly. Not to mention he keeps saying that main villain took his family and junior sister from him but none of them cared about him from beginning. His master literally worked him like a dog for a 1000 years, his junior sister takes every bit of advantage she can of him... from pills to magical artifacts, his own family cry about lack of resources they will have when he die in a fake manner. I don't think even author is sure what he is writing so he keeps changing the plot he is just lengthening the whole issue with qin fei and his logic is that he wants to push him down when he is at peak meaning he will let him reach peak which is really fucking stupid. Everyone he used to love hates him and this changes constantly btw. His master, his master's daughter, his own family. For some reason, they all like the main villain and go above and beyond for him for very little reason. The reason given is that apparantly they found him pitiful. The reason is just dumb for many reasons This novel is to make you feel helpless cause of how much of a bitch main character is. He keeps telling you how he doesn't care about what his family says but will cave instantly the moment they do try to do self harm. Just fucking kill the guy and get it done with. The most stupid part of this novel is that at one point he is already stronger than everyone from that sect, he can just run but for some reason he still go fighting for sect
