I love the novel, but I hate that the MC isn’t ruthless enough. He’s too kind and forgiving, even to those who are extremely ruthless toward him. Just imagine the torturous methods someone like Yuan Zun or the God King would have used if they caught him. From my experience reading cultivation novels, ruthlessness and caution are essential for survival. All I can say is that the MC’s plot armor is incredibly strong.
