Would give this fic an even lower score if possible. As is usual for this sort of novel, the MC is an unlikable moron who makes the likes of Kazuma or Subaru look smart. Dr. Manhattan's powerset is an interesting premise, but instead of focusing on his virtual omniscience (and the resulting psychological effects), the author predictably goes for the flashier molecular manipulation in order to have his sickly idiot of an MC bumble from one fight to another. Time spent on this piece of garbage would be better spent looking for a decent fic around here.

The plot is repetitive and boring. While the story has a system, it's either rarely used or nerfed so heavily as to be irrelevant. Matches are so heavily reliant randomly nerfing and buffing one side or another that they come across as a boring discount version of anime tennis.

The MC has no personality and his only narrative role is being a Gary Stu. The author seems to be unable to come up with decent original ideas, leading to the Naruto arc being largely a canon rehash. His excessive use of exclamation marks makes the story too annoying to read.

The concept is interesting, but the execution was ruined by poor pacing and an obsession with showing off. The chat group was unnecessary. The other characters are either OOC or shallow caricatures only present to praise the MC. The author ignores any sort of in-universe consequences of the MC's showboating. The MC gets way too OP way too quickly (getting Herrscher abilities plus final form in time for the Apollo war game was way too early). The story mysteriously abandons the Danmachi plot to go to One Piece. Overall, an utter mess. Avoid this piece of garbage.
