Pro: fantasy world, MC cheat is summoning elden ring NPC and troops. Creating new kingdom and faith using the Erdtree. Cons: quite a number of innocent ppl died from MC action and the novel just brush it off. Enemy faction feels a bit stupid. Etc: reference lots of elden ring lore and easter egg.

Pro: Interesting premise, unusual cheat, unusual power level, interesting world, memorable side character. Cons: Slow start, some plot armor and asspull. Etc: More light hearted novel, Harem but only married to one (so far).

Story is very complicated and hard to keep track of. Main plot revolve around MC relationship with his harem.
