The spiritual energy of Blue Star is revived, and monsters are rampant. People rely on awakened powers to barely resist, and life is difficult.

Lin Cang, who traveled from Earth, accidentally awakened the system and obtained Wood Release, but was ridiculed by ignorant people as a wood-type power that can only heal and assist.

The classmates: “It’s so funny, the wood type has no attack power at all, it can only assist, it’s so weak.”

Only assist?

Lin Cang smiled lightly after hearing this, and directly put his hands together.

“Senjutsu·Wood Release·True Thousand Hands·Top Buddha!”

Boom!

A ten thousand meter tall Wood Release Buddha with thousands of arms behind it appeared in front of the stunned people.

Lin Cang stood on the head of the Buddha, his hands folded across his chest, looking at the shocked classmates at his feet with indifferent eyes.

“Come on, I’ll give you two hands.”

Classmates: “…”

After waking up, Han Li found himself traveling to a parallel world.

The neon here clicked on the wrong cultural tree.

The comics industry has lost talent, with only Death, Fire and Ocean left. All the familiar works from previous lives are gone.

There is no JOJO, no Slam Dunk, no Death Note, no Freelian...

But Han Li is just a failed painter?

I am urged by the editor to submit my manuscript every day, but no one reads it when I hand it in.

The only thing he became famous for was when a well-known up-loader on Bilibili analyzed his paintings and found that there was not a single straight line in the entire work, making it a laughing stock on the entire Internet.

[Ding, the emotion value has reached the standard, do you want to redeem the complete collection of original paintings of "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure" (with Araki's 30-year-old painting skills + Kishimoto's perspective skills)? ]

During an interview ten years later, the reporter looked at this world-class cartoonist and asked respectfully, "Which work are you most proud of?"

Han Li smiled and said, "Next one."

What? This old thief has been creating masterpieces one after another for ten years. He just said Eva was his final work two days ago, but he changed his mind today?

The reporter asked excitedly: "What is the name of your next work?"

Han Li stretched out his fingers and counted carefully: "Fullmetal, Giant, Stone Gate..."

"Forget it, let's just use the giant."

Colleagues who were squatting in front of the TV waiting for Han Li to announce his retirement speech,

The vicious editor who has been trying to ruin Han Li's reputation for ten years,

Read 38Ch. #38
Just not very interesting. The protagonist is weak in the cultivation world and cowardly in the real world. An extra star because the concept is unique. With a more powerful and less cowardly protagonist that doesn't hide, it could've been pretty interesting.
Read 45Ch. #45
It's the same as all the the other "Start from birth" novels. The protagonist is a coward, doesn't dare to reveal too much because he thinks his family will consider him a monster or whatever. When it comes to being taught, it was greatly delayed because he hides the fact that he can cast many spells without rest, so in the end, he's just taught one new spell per day. Well, basically every issue he encounters is all because of his cowardice. Like the fact that he wants to help his family, but he struggled about how to do it, because he wanted to do it secretly... He also couldn't practice spells because he didn't want to reveal that he could cast them, for no reason. It wasn't until he learned a spell that could hide energy fluctuations and stuff that he finally dared to practice. Just so stupid. Man, life is so much more difficult for cowards. I also disagree with the reviewer below, since disguising himself would also be an unnecessary act of cowardice that would cause more problems. But hiding is usually what cliche cowardly protagonists do... It's so cringe reading about an 80 year old man pretending to be a normal child, because he's paranoid. They always get stuck with like "Either I tell them everything or I lie about everything". Like my guy, how about you just tell them enough to not hinder your own growth, at least? Anyway, since he's a spineless coward, I'm dropping it here. 1 star garbage.

Final rating is 3 stars. I like OP MC that doesn't act like a coward and hides all the time, but unfortunately, while he is OP, it isn't very noticeable because he keeps getting harassed by people far above his own cultivation level, making him seem useless in comparison. As for showing off, like a another reviewer said, that's a very inaccurate term. He just doesn't hide his strength like the typical cowardly protagonist. A lot of readers think protagonists that act like real men are reckless and showing off. They've been afflicted by the Chinese low profile mental disease.
Read 75Ch. #75
I gave it quite some time, but even up until chapter 75, he is basically useless. He's cowardly, stupid and very immature. Most of the "fights" is just him hiding. Even with an OP ability, he's so scared of even attempting to fight that he doesn't even try and goes straight to running away. Maybe some people will enjoy a cowardly clown protagonist like this, but I certainly don't.
Read 230Ch. #230
Alright. I'm giving this a final rating of 3. The first like... 60 chapters are 1 star. The protagonist is a stupid coward. It hurts to read, and I can understand the 1 star rating from people who quit here. Mid chapters are 4 stars. The protagonist grows some balls. He realizes that being low key and cowardly makes people think you're easy to bully. Because why wouldn't they. Late chapters are 3 stars. It went nuts and things spiraled out of control. I think a lot of people will hate this part. It's very nonsensical and things just moved way too fast. The protagonist's personality also changed drastically. He's practically a robot. Personally I'm fine with that, because as a mildly autistic person, I can relate more to a calm person like this compared to the typical horny protagonist that overreacts to every little thing.
Read 72Ch. #72
It is incredibly average. Chinese protagonists are famously dumb, but this one is worse than average. He just seems utterly incapable of thought, so basic common sense and logical reasoning are foreign concepts to him. Common sense things that the reader deduced in an instant needs to be patiently explained to the protagonist, and he'll be shocked. It's sad, funny and exhausting all at once.
Read 17Ch. #17
The protagonist is infuriatingly cowardly and stupid. People's reactions and thoughts are just ridiculously illogical. If you like a stupid and weak protagonist that lies and even so cowardly that he hides his identity when selling basic materials due to excessive paranoia, this is for you. If you like a protagonist with a spine and brain, stay away.
Read 28Ch. #28
It's too focused on comedy, so the protagonist is just constantly acting like an idiot. All events are just utterly nonsensical. I can't say it's awful, but it's just not for me.
Read 28Ch. #28
It's very difficult to read because of the writing style. The system is garbage, the skills are boring and the fights are even more boring because he uses cowardly things like an invisibility cloak, air guns and explosive tags from Naruto. But yeah, the biggest reason I don't like it isn't due to his cowardice for comedic effect, but mainly the writing style. If you lose focus for even a second, you'll lose track of who's talking. It's just very painful to read.
