Good one. Desspite its generic trope such as actor and lottery system where you cant help but guess its later part of the story, its beginning was entertaining one.
Despite being comedy the protagonist desperate situation can get you worry and invested.
So far the skill lottery system gave him odd skills not some life changing skill that made stories unreasonable and troll. As he recieved skills he personally look for a ways to use those skills unlike some stories where the situtation luckily find the characters after acquiring specific skills.
Edit: yeah it does follow the pattern now "skill then situation" and some cringe moments but not that bad. At 300 ch even with all the skills, although not as tragic as before, he still cant get out of his predicament.
Edit2: Getting into cringe territory might not hold on. Also I forgot to WARN this work have very serious logic or common sense failure from the start like the livestreaming. Read it if youre just bored and to the level you can switch your logic off.
Not that bad. No cringe face slap yet.
What put me off was that those supposed mcs (not the main mc) were a bit retarded posing no tension to story, making this work falls to trash generic group (gary sue, harem).
I read up to 50+ not enough to judge its world building but so far nothing to complain about. Although its not that bad but I didnt vibe with the characters.
Very good apocalyptic novel.
In terms of technicality and how deep the setting was you can compare this to LotM although not as eloquent as some great novels.
The monsters and horror in this work feels like a mashup from various reference blending well in a science fiction setting. So far the horror entities and magical abilities was still a mystery that slowly being unravel reasonably.
As for the MC before and later on:
MC started out ambitious, alone and planned that everything must benefit him thus the idea of elite team. He is not almighty though thus he needs people along the way while also received help from others building up relationship through out the journey. Theres no lone spiderman out there even if there is its already dead for being solo how can he recruit an elite suddenly?. What he encounters were group of people, strong and weak grouped up to survive. Weak? Cannon fodder? Dont count them out as most characters near mc were heroic willing to become bait for everyone.
As the escape continues mc needed resources and information thus the trade and at some point he traded below market price why? Because theres a competition but he can produce indefinitely and most importantly what being traded was not money its supplies, from food to items essential to survive, everyone badly needed those.
As for information, everyone were sharing information more so with certain groups trying to warn and boost survival rate of others. Through out the story they listen to free information broadcast and specially later on MC received assistance for free. So how can some people find it as a problem for mc to consider giving it away for free to certain groups?
MC cant survive alone so how can he be aloof? MC needs to adopt and improve to survive. The change from how mc thinks in the beginning to now shows that MC grows and mature. Its an acceptable change.
Pretentious MC. A word count work. Shallow characters. Shallow dialogue. Maybe it will improve later on but im not gonna stick around to find out.
Badly written mc. Author writes mc as a character that thinks cautiously describing his worries and yet he threw all that monologue into the trash and proceeds to dumb acts.
Badly written script. Talks were long wided. A paragraph of nonsense not even something like an info dump just redundant sentences trying to stretch the conversation.
Badly written setting. It says they have only 1 language because a certain country was strong. Skip some chapters now there were few countries "clowning around" afraid of being invaded as if they still have their identities. This work oozes of patrotrism.
Nice read. Light hearted so far. Feel like this works trying to mimic big books which of it tries to build up the main plot from the series of sub stories that passed by. But the foreshadowing was lacking or not enough that after the series of arcs you nay think they were irrelevant to each other. Or maybe just my lack of understanding or the mtl.
Edit: despite a recuitment system MC have 5 students @400ch.
MC was op. Although it will boild down to whos strongest at the end what really the highlight was the interaction in this novel.
Good start but gets boring fast. Started witch MC tip toeing around gathering resource but after improvement he goes swaggering around. Dummy enemies, they felt artificial that this enemies were just inserted just for mc to butcher. 150 ch probably just starting around but Im not hook enough to stay.
Not that bad. The setting was all over the place. Mc's growth was bad, Mc was op and eventually be more op but the writer was making it slow to a grind. Enemies were a little dumb and greedy but at least not that cringy. Plot was progessive and so as other elements such as power scale cap. Though a bit boring since its not cringe as others this story deserve a 3.
Not for me. Boring. A system that gives him everything. Its trying to be a fun read but nothing interesting with all the used troupe and boastful mc. I tend to go for 3 but this work was flooded with 5 hence 1.
