MC is given a money losing system where MC must spend money to his company. The more loses compared to the profit, the more returns MC will get from the system. The more profitable MC company is, the lesser the returns. The main theme of this novel is MISUNDERSTANDING between the MC and his subordinates. MC wants to lose money by splurging money to his enterprises and his employee welfare, but the subordinates wants to repay MC by making a better, profitable product for MC. Making MC objective to make a loss enterprise outright impossible from the constant "backstabbing".
