Good idea but poorly executed and the story is too slow and gets boring also a lot of mistakes like the character(personality) of some(most) characters are completely the opposite of what they were in the original also the strength of gu yuena is severely underestimated like she a dragon god split with godking level spirituality and countless memories inherited from dragon god at level 20 something is unable to defeat a soul elder(lv-40). The battle power of other characters are also underestimated heavily. I also want to question how MC and MC's sister tried to awaken their martial souls as in the original it is stated that it costs 3000 federal currency to awaken it from spirit transfer pagoda . And after spirit transfer pagoda awakened MC's sisters martial soul(netherworld sword) considering their cooperating relationship with holy spirit sect shouldn't they have informed them and not Shrek. Also it's like the intelligence of all the characters have been reduced and Shrek is at least 10 times more unbearable here than in the original and the author forgot to mention the sea gods mark inside tang wulin(150 chapters in MC beat the shit out of wulin and displayed his death god dragon wuhun every time and tang san has not been seen or mentioned at all) also it was mentioned in the original that gu yuena sensed tang wulins golden dragon king bloodline early on but when she thought of making a move against him she felt a premonition that she would be injured (because of the 3 godking strikes from tang sans seal inside tang wulin).also how the absolute freak is gu yuena a dragon god split with the dragon gods countless years of experience inherited and god king level spirituality and a super god weapon unable to beat a forcefully raised 2nd tier with just the help of a plane that's being devoured by the abyss and how did yun ming not recognise MC . Anyways this deserves a 3 star review (if you like slow paced fanfics where MC and the original op characters are nurfed and stupified and easier to provoke this for you)

No character building , no hidden plots , no how MC effected timeline or anything like that which makes a fanfic good and this one has a problem most Chinese novels have which is that it's repetitive and gets boring quick making it so that the readers don't have the will to even read after a like 100 or 50 chapters and as mentioned by the review above it has a lot of mistakes and MC is just handed everything and there are no chapters on how he reached his current professional rank or soul power level,what skills he developed,what kind of innovations he made with his foresight of the future,how he planned to deal with tang san,etc none of the things that make a douluo fanfic good were there Anyways this receives a 1.5star review For those who want a good dou 3 fanfic to read I strongly recommend - Douluo: master of war And Douluo dalu 3: Huo yuhao in legend of dragon king Both are amazing 🤩🤩🤩
