Lord’s Genesis: City of Time and Space

On the edge of the Hongmeng Continent, Cheng Mo, an ordinary bank clerk, is unexpectedly drawn into an adventure that transcends time and space. While handling his daily bank transfers, an Antarctic expedition team suddenly discovers a mysterious blue portal leading to another world. Cheng Mo witnesses this event via a live broadcast and is subsequently recruited by the Taoist Xuan Xiao to serve as an examiner, responsible for overseeing the lords' assessments.

Cheng Mo enters a strange world called "Hongmeng Continent" and is gifted with the ability to control time and space. In this new world, fraught with uncertainty and danger, he must establish his own territory, recruit heroes, resist the invasion of mutant creatures, and compete with other lords for resources. As the story unfolds, Cheng Mo gradually learns about the background of Hongmeng Continent—a test domain carved out by the competition of countless races, designed to identify creatures with the ability to protect themselves.

During the assessment, Cheng Mo encountered numerous challenges, including extreme heat, attacks from mutant creatures, and open and covert struggles with other lords. He harnessed his gift of time and space, combined with the wisdom of Fateweaver (a fate-spider), to continuously seek opportunities for survival and advancement. They not only fended off threats from terrifying creatures like lava monsters and deep-sea beasts, but also unlocked numerous hidden quests, obtaining valuable resources and powerful hero units.

However, as the assessment progresses, Cheng Mo gradually discovers that the truth behind this assessment is far more complicated than he imagined. Hongmeng Continent is not only a trial ground, but also a key node that concerns the fate of all races.
