The novel was almost too good but that goddamn Chinese poison again, i can understand the first potential heroine the mc has for his growth but introducing more girls to make the mc a chick magnet is straight up disgusting, the second time a potential heroine was introduced he killed all the soldiers because the girls looks good and if he rat out she would be ashamed and look what it get them getting killed while the mc halo works and made him survived, I hated how the author write the mc love interest he keeps on introducing females just to feels good about himself with no direct help to the storyline whatsoever.
I don't why the author keeps on forcing the to be evil when he wants he mc to be chaotic neutral anyway, and the way he keeps on describing the mc subordinates as weird and creepy just to make him more like an evil entity is exhausting, he should just straight up make him evil and later in the story there's no progress in power. I couldn't understand why there's no explanation to the powers scaling, but overall it's disappointing how the mc turned out to be and most of his enemies came from misunderstanding with no explanation whatsoever he didn't even bother making a language or something, it's just the author forcing the mc to fight with no reason or plot
another anti-human novels, and the way the story progress sucks there's nothing much going on for decades and didn't show much of the background of the monster just using some sentimental scenes to enforce hate on humans disgraceful
it would have been great if the novel took place completely in the wasteland and not in the modern world, I find it strange that the mc is obsessed with the modern world and I know there's gonna be some nationalism since it's a chinese author, his novels about red alert is all about that. I just don't like personally that a novel occurred in our own world and especially about some conflicts in real life since it really happened and making some things the way you want seems like out of place, and insensitive no matter how you beautifully write it, if the author could just make a whole new setting instead of the current world sigh
The potential that this novel had because of the unique situation of the mc and then the mod is just a system that has been combined from other novels, it's been average so far and there's literally many options and branches that the mc can choose to but for some reason the author is obsessed in mechanicals
in the later part the novel becomes annoying since ,there's too much dialogue of all kinds of character while the author forgots to update about the changes ik development it only takes one chapter to cover the whole development and it's too little to cover up the whole development, the other seems kinda addicted to keep on adding fillers and useless repetitive dialogues and the system too seems losing it's usefulness.
the story goes downhill after he mc got bitten by vampire. the author literally force the mc to go back in the lost continent and mc time in the scorpion army was brief and the information about the empire is brief too without going in depth. It would be another peak story if the author didn't keep on forcing the mc to be special amongst special he already have a complex background and now he can overcome the blood pollution with no explanation whatsoever and don't tell me he has a talent that can avoid it the writing clearly states that he already lost his talent, it's too much plot armour that it's ridiculous and I lost my interest reading this the potential of this novel is exceptional but that ridiculous amount of plot armour and the way the mc became omnipotent to everything he does is crazy. what a waste of potential
the author literally wasted the potential and underestimate the capabilities of a swarm, the mc looks to dumb and the fact that autho keeps on adding humanity pov or something but did it anyway and still progressing to a emotionless swarm with no humanity whatsoever. I can't see a point where or what do the mc goal is straight up stupid
