Not a terrible read, but is a very blatant clone of 'National Transfer: Necromancer! I Am A Disaster'
The world building and events are almost identical, even the names and jobs of some of the characters are almost exactly the same. The dungeons and quests are also almost exactly the same. If you haven't read the original (I am assuming it is the original) then these issues might not nag on you as much, but this is the most blatant clone I have ever read and it makes the reading experience quite uncomfortable.
It's okay, but the is a lot of filler. The two things that the author is doing at this point of the story that frustrate me most is that the system is meant to be an afk type system but the main character doesn't use it even when he could and how much the main character ignores training mental power. There are several periods of time where it would be very efficient to train mental power like choosing between an entire point of mental power or gettong 0.01% progress of his body refining and he still chooses to refine his body. Made even more annoying by past events in which mental power is what helps him breakthrough bottlenecks and despite reaching a bottleneck with his qi he still doesn't even attempt training mental power despite the bottleneck almost explicitly having to do with emotions which would likely be helped by train mental power.
