I thought this was about technology. It's 25% tech and 75% drama (bureaucracy). Also, MC transmigrated from the future to the past but used 20% of his future knowledge, which was very stupid and naive. With future knowledge, he still went to officialdom, knowing that during the 90s, corruption was prevalent.
It was a great read, but I don't like how the MC is overly paranoid, like he feels that someone is out to get him. Maybe in the later chapter, someone is plotting something against him, but I still can't take his paranoia like having some "feeling", which there was none.
It's great because it doesn't follow the usual fan fiction where the mc follows the same path as a divine power and "coincidentally" obtains a way to make a clone the same as lou feng.
