I liked the novel at first. But it annoyed me when the MC gave his wife the foundation establishment opportunity, instead of his son. Of course, plot armor made this irrelevant, but it rubbed me the wrong way. Also, Azatoth is a liar, it's in his name. The mc never killed the refugees.
